About Us
Fairport (International) helps companies to develop robust, down-to-earth corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes which enable them to improve performance and state their case effectively:
- this is who we are and what we do
- these are the environmental and social issues that we need to deal with
- this is our policy in relation to these issues
- these are our current objectives, targets and other initiatives
- here’s the data that shows our performance.
We provide advice to businesses from all sectors, in all locations, to help them down this path. In particular we work with clients to:
- identify and prioritise sustainability issues
- develop policies to address the issues they need to manage
- frame improvement actions (including setting objectives, targets and KPIs)
- measure and communicate improvements
- train staff
We are qualified to develop environmental management systems which meet the ISO14001 and BS8555 standards.
We help companies to meet the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 to include a Business Review in company accounts that addresses environmental, employee and community matters.
We have an excellent track record in identifying and managing supply chain issues.
Many commissions are serviced in person by Dr Richard Dalley, the proprietor of Fairport, or we assemble bespoke teams, based around experienced associates, to ensure that all the necessary skills are provided for any project.
See the Clients page for examples of work that we have undertaken with some of the best-known businesses.
